Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped by UPS for ground selections and FedEx for 2Day and overnight unless otherwise requested and available to your state. Some states only allow 3 tier shipping. Weather permitting; all orders leave our logistics center within 48 hours – excluding weekends and holidays.

Shoppers may upgrade to 2day or overnight shipping options as available, and note that the shopping cart will always show you the shipping charges prior to checking out.

At Waits-Mast Family Cellars, we respect your privacy. All information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, disclosed, or loaned. The information collected about you is only what is needed for conducting business and offering products and services that are of interest to you. All sales are FOB San Francisco, CA. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes only to street addresses. Buyer will pay all shipping and handling charges. We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration from shipment by common carrier. All prices are net – subject to stock – on 750 mL bottles unless otherwise indicated. All orders are subject to our acceptance and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. You may be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old at the time of delivery. If the wine is returned to us for failure to provide positive proof of age, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. All sales are final.
